Just last week, we informed you of the apparent leak of a new entry in the LEGO videogame series. Today, that rumor has now been confirmed, as the game—LEGO Worlds— has appeared on the STEAM Early Access service today for $14.
The page features a trailer and a couple of screenshots that show off the game and all of its glory, as well as a full description of the title. It’s interesting that the developers didn’t announce this beforehand, but surprises are nice, right? The most interesting takeaway from this surprise release is that the game isn’t scheduled for a full release until next summer! There’s no indication if it will be coming to consoles, but seeing that the LEGO titles have done well on the various platforms over the years (including Nintendo), one ought to remain hopeful that a formal announcement will be coming in the not-too-distant future.
What do you think of the title? Are you excited for it? Sound off below!
