The only game EA has committed to bringing to the Switch so far is FIFA. Today it was announced that the “FIFA” title coming is indeed FIFA 18 and will be coming on September 29th, which is a good thing. However, there are some bad things to report as well.
The Frostbite engine, which is used in the current gen versions of the game (Xbox One, PS4) will not be involved in the Nintendo Switch version, which would make it look like this will be closer to the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game. Furthermore, there may be some features missing from the Switch version versus the current-gen version of the game.

It will be interesting to see how the final product is compared to other versions on the market, but this doesn’t sound too promising for now.
